Queer, Neurodivergent Somatic Coaching

Hi! I’m Denise Windytree (she/they). I’m a queer, neurodivergent somatic coach based in Savannah, GA.

I support queer & neurodivergent people to create and sustain healthy connections and meaningful community through embodied practice.

Growing up queer, most of us learn to people-please, attack, disassociate, or abandon relationships when we sense that our safety, dignity, or belonging is threatened. These protective skills live in our tissues and can re-emerge under pressure, even when we’re living as our authentic selves!

Can we afford to let our old coping skills, shaped into us by oppressive and destructive forces, keep us fractured and separate?

Through 1:1 coaching, I support my clients to learn to:

  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries

  • Make clear requests

  • Name and negotiate expectations

  • Process grief and disappointment

  • Receive care and support &

  • Navigate conflict with dignity

All for the sake of experiencing safe, loving relationships and belonging to strong, vibrant communities that serve as our lifelines in increasingly hostile and turbulent times.

Each of my coaching relationships begins with a free 45 minute discovery call. We’ll discuss what brings you to somatics, how you want to change, and my style of coaching to see if we’re a good fit!
